Order Processing

Orders are processed only on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed on the second business day.

Orders to Hong Kong and Macau will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Order Shipment

The order has been shipped. Under normal circumstances, SF Express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days.

We do not provide delivery notifications. Please check the tracking number sent to your email to track your shipment and pay attention to notifications on the SF Express app (SF Express will not send SMS notifications for pickup information).

Order Status

After logging in, you can view the latest status of your order in "My Account > Orders > Details".

Order Cancellation

We apologize, once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, even if we have not yet processed your order.
