How to Use
Use the flat side of the pencil to fill in the head of the brow, and then with the pointed tip use short strokes to define the arch and tail. For a bolder look, use the pointed tip to define the length of the brow, and then go over the edges for added definition. Comb hairs into place using the attached spoolie.
