Istros is a scent of what has been left behind: a street baked by heat during the day, cooled at night; tendrils of tobacco smoke long dispersed; bazaars that bear the etchings of commerce, commotion and carnival. But more than this, it is a communion with the creative spirits who have journeyed through—an energy distilled from their traces.

 

Purchasing a refill without a pump minimises environmental impact, saving 12 g of plastic. Bottles are made from a minimum of 97% recycled plastics. Many of the Aesop product packaging components are recyclable. We recommend disassembling (removing product labels, pumps and caps) and sorting the components. Product bottles and jars may be recycled. Product labels, pumps, pipettes and caps should be placed in the waste bin. Pumps and pipettes may also be reused.
