How to use:
Apply with a comb from the root of the eyebrows to the tip of the hair.
When using as a mascara base, please layer your mascara after it dries.
When using as a top coat, apply your own mascara and then layer this product.
For make-off, we recommend using Cezanne's mascara remover.
