How to Apply
1. For amplified lash lift mascara results, prep with Cils Booster XL Lash & Mascara Primer
2. Use the inside curve side of the wand to build volume, and the outside curve to lengthen, separate, and fan out lashes.
3. Layer mascaras as desired to achieve your desired lash look
