How to Apply
Suggested Usage:
1. For amplified lash results, prep with Cils Booster XL Eyelash Primer
2. Gently glide mascara formula on eyelashes from root to tip
3. For a more natural lash look, apply 1-2 coats
4. For a more voluminous look, continue to coat lashes till desired lash look is achieved
