How to apply Artliner:
Suitable for all skin types. Can be used on bare eyelids, or over any eyeshadow makeup look.

- Apply as close to lashes as possible for a tight line, or to gradually increase and build-out a dramatic cat-eye or winged eyeliner look.
- Use your eyelashes as a guide, pressing the side of the felt tip eyeliner applicator onto skin.
