Be careful! Adding kombucha powder directly to a carbonated drink may cause it to overflow!

Kombucha powder produces bubbles when it meets water. If you mix it directly into a water bottle, make sure to drink 2–3 sips beforehand to create enough empty space to prevent overflow.

Tip: When mixing with carbonated drinks like soda water or beer, dissolve kombucha in a small amount of water first and then mix.
