Exchange Return Policy

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

If you receive a product with a problem and it meets the return conditions described above, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the 7-day period. To process a return or exchange, please email to info@beavela.com and provide the following information:

(1) Order Number

(2) Purchase Date

(3) Name and Quantity of the Product to be Returned

(4) Reason for Return (with a photo of the product to be returned/exchanged).

Upon receiving your email, our customer service department will check if the product meets the return conditions and reply to you as soon as possible. If the product meets the return conditions, please return it to the address specified in your email. If it is determined that the return was due to our error, we will arrange for a replacement product, and any additional shipping costs incurred will be responsible by our company.

Once receiving the returned goods, we will process your refund within 10 business days, or resend the goods if they are in stock. If the product to be returned or exchanged is out of stock, we will refund the amount for the product according to the price shown on your order and the original payment method.

**Products purchased in physical store cannot be returned or exchanged through online store. Please do so at the location of purchase. Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at physical stores. Please contact customer service using the methods mentioned above.
